stretching exercises, board handling, reading ocean conditions,
catching waves, the jump-up, accelerating and safely stopping.

The beginner wants more... At the intermediate level, we teach
you paddling techniques, paddling out, through and over waves,

Rider (Eight Day Lesson)
If you want to get serious about life and your surfing, the
pro rider is all you need to know. Reef breaks, floaters, re-entries,
boat trips and lots, lots more. Learn essential skills in breath
retention and putting together manoeuvers.
