Simple contemporary designs are masterfully combined with the
distinctive Balinese architecture of warm-colored coconut pillars
and traditional "alang-alang" thatch roofs. Sprad across
a generous 6.000 square meter expanse of lush gardens are 10 private
villas-each a private retreat for those who enjoy life to the

The Kayu Manis unique design has been executed in 10 singular
villas. These villas consist of 2 three bedroom units, 2 two bedroom
units, and 6 one bedroom units spaciously planned amongest the
scenic and relaxed atmosphere of Sayan Village, Ubud, Bali.
Each villa has the following features and amenities: Private swimming
pool, spacious tropical garden and barbeque corner. Air conditioned
bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Living room, dining room, and
kitchen with crockery and utensils. Cooking stove, microwave and
refrigerator. TV with satelite channels, stereo set and safe deposit
box. Hot and cold running water.

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Dining Corner offers
an extensive selection of contemporary Western and Asian cuisines
and desserts, as well as select wine collection.
Private Dining
Guest may also order a' la carte meals from their villas any time
of the day or night. Or request a romantic candlelight dinner
with a special menu prepared by the kayu Manis chief. If they
so wish, guests can prepare their own meals in their villa kitchens.
Recreational Activities
Guests can indulge in a wide range of exciting activities surch
as a 90 minutes nature hike along the Ayung rive and rice paddies,
or a walk through a traditional Balinese village.
